Join us for Herbalismo 101 led by Marcela a la Torre at the Muse Gallery at 93. St Nicholas Ave in Bushwick, Brooklyn. This bilingual (English & Spanish) workshop will explore traditional Indigenous uses of herbs for holistic health and the nervous system. The workshop will provide participants a safe space to be creative and share openly on emotional health. 

• Participants will learn about the nervous system, how it works and how to nourish and heal it.

• Participants will learn about the connection between the nervous system and emotional health.

• To share already known and culturally specific practices that use herbs and rituals that heal the nervous system. To explore how these cultural practices can help with daily stress and challenges.
